Volunteering is an exchange: you help across 5-hour shifts, and your ticket contribution reflects how much you give. Choose what suits you — clear from the start, no need to negotiate later.
You can also come for the setup and breakdown days — two days each — and help us build and unbuild the world. It doesn't count as a shift; it's simply more of the event, lived together.
