A private château and its grounds in the Landes, south-west France — between Bordeaux and the Atlantic coast, surrounded by pine forest. To keep the gathering intimate, the exact address is shared with confirmed guests shortly before the dates.

• Nearest town: Mont-de-Marsan, about 25 minutes away.
• By air: Bordeaux (BOD), Pau (PUF) and Biarritz (BIQ) are each roughly 1–1h30 away. Toulouse (TLS) is a wider option.
• By train: TGV to Bordeaux or Dax, then road to the estate (Bordeaux is about 1h25 by car).

Most Kin carpool. We've made a carpool board where you can offer a seat or find one — from your city or the nearest airport & train station: open the carpool board → (ticket-holders only).

It is a historic estate with gardens, gravel paths and some uneven or sloping ground, and rooms are spread across old buildings. If you have specific mobility, sensory or access needs, please write to us before booking — we'll be honest about what's possible and do our best to make room for you.

Every ticket includes the same full access to the gathering; where you sleep is what changes:

• Starlit Camp — bring your own tent, under the stars (base ticket).
• Moonlit Canvas — glamping, a bed in a shared four-person tent.
• Hunting Lodge Room — a room in the estate's hunting lodge (not the château itself).
• Château Room — a private room inside the château.
• Château Suite — a larger suite inside the château.

There are only seven private rooms in total — five in the château and two in the lodge — so they're offered first-come. When they're gone, glamping and camping remain.

The room price is for the room, not per person — and rooms can be shared (a couple or two friends). But everyone at KASTLEVEO needs their own festival ticket.

So if two of you want to share a château room: one person books the room option (base ticket + the room), and the other books a base admission ticket (€450) for themselves. Then just tell us you're together and we'll place you in the same room — no tent needed.

The seven rooms are limited, so if you'd like to share, message us before booking at kastleveo@proton.me and we'll set it up cleanly.

Campers pitch in a dedicated area on the grounds, with shared washing and toilet facilities and drinking water nearby. Bring your own tent, sleeping bag and mat. Nights in late September can be cool, so pack warm layers.

Included with every ticket: the Gala Dinner, two curated food experiences, botanical teas through the day and fresh seasonal fruit.

Available on site at extra cost: daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), a snack bar, a coffee & cake corner, and a bar with drinks.

All food is fully vegetarian and about 80% vegan. Prices for the extras are kept fair and friendly.

Tell us in the reservation form (there's a field for it). We cater vegetarian and mostly vegan, and we'll do our best to look after allergies and intolerances — the more notice, the better.

• Tent, sleeping bag and mat if you're camping (not needed for rooms or glamping).
• Warm layers for cool nights, and something for rain, just in case.
• Outfits you love — the more expressive, the better (see below).
• A refillable water bottle, a torch or head-lamp, comfortable shoes for gravel and grass.
• Toiletries and any personal medication.
• An open heart and your curiosity.

No rules — but dressing up is part of the magic. Think elegant, theatrical, sensual, otherworldly: costume, colour, texture, transformation. The gala evening invites your finest. Come as you are, or become something else. A styled mood board is on the way.

KASTLEVEO is an artistic, participatory, sex-positive gathering — a space where sensuality, curiosity and self-expression are welcome rather than taboo, and where every body, identity and orientation is celebrated. It is not a sex party: sex-positivity is one thread woven beside art, movement, food and connection.

There are sex-positive workshops and consent-led play spaces hosted by Akasha Society. Curiosity is enough — you don't need experience, and participation is always a free choice.

Consent is the ground everything stands on. Nothing is ever expected of you; a "no" or a "not now" is always respected, and consent includes the freedom not to participate. We ask every guest to agree to this before joining, and there is zero tolerance for harassment or for any hate — racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny or discrimination of any kind.

Yes — a dedicated care & awareness team is present throughout, there to support anyone who needs a listening ear, a boundary held, or simply a quieter moment. You'll know how to find them once you arrive.

Choose how you'd like to enter on the Ways to Enter section and reserve your place — payment is handled securely by Stripe, and your spot is held once it succeeds. Admission opens in waves: the earlier you join, the less you pay.

Yes — this gathering is co-authored. If you'd like to bring a performance, artwork, music, a workshop, a ritual or your hands as a volunteer, apply to get involved.

Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable to another guest until 14 days before the event — just let us know. If KASTLEVEO is ever cancelled, every ticket is refunded in full. Payments run through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
